Rotary MHC Foundation

The Rotary Club of Morehead  City formally began the process of establishing a 501(c)(3) foundation in 2026. Its name being Rotary MHC Foundation, a new legal entity separate from the club itself, and it is organized exclusively for charitable purposes. The following documents and filings were required as a suite of foundational, tax, and state-level documents to ensure compliance with both the IRS and state statutes.
